In home decoration material selection, tiles play a 'low-key yet crucial' role: they withstand high-frequency wear while silently defining a space's character. From a long-termist perspective, choosing tiles isn't about chasing trendy patterns but ensuring each tile remains 'life-adaptive' after a decade or two—even developing a unique charm through time's polish.

This case showcases a modern minimalist space dominated by black, white, and gray tones. The 900×1800mm large-format tiles from the Sondrio Series are used for full-area paving. Their neutral, low-saturation grayish white creates a calm, sophisticated modern minimalist atmosphere—understated yet foundational to the space's (steady) tone.

"Anti-stylized" neutral base endows the space with "universal adaptability genes"

The tiles feature a matte finish with a fine, smooth texture, avoiding the glare of glossy tiles for a softer visual effect. Their grayish white hue is stain-resistant, suitable for daily high-frequency use and maintaining long-term tidiness. The TV platform is paired with tiles from the Maldives Sand Series in the same color scheme. The fine sand ripples of the beach surface bring dynamism to the space under soft light, creating a 'horizon extension effect' with the floor tiles.

Home decoration's 'long-termism' isn't about compromising the present but balancing 'immediate needs' and 'future possibilities' with a forward-looking vision.
The first-floor bathroom uses Hawaii Sandstone Series tiles, which carry the primitive texture of volcanic island rocks to withstand modern life's high-frequency use. The rough sandstone 纹路 (veins) absorb water stains, embrace scratches, and record light and shadow, transforming the humid space from a 'functional container' into a 'time amber'—a practical non-slip tile, a versatile backdrop, and a carrier of 'island memories' that ages with you.

The second-floor bathroom features the France Limestone Series with grooved molds. The tiles mimic natural limestone's 'geological rings' with a 'beige base + mineral lines,' where fine lines emerge clearly under light, infusing the plain space with a'storytelling feel of time's precipitation.' This 'heterogeneous color' avoids the monotony of solid-color tiles while being more adaptable to future 软装 (soft furnishing) changes than strongly patterned ones.

We believe true good design makes a house a 'container of time'—capable of holding present warmth and gracefully embracing future changes. Casaferra tiles, with their simple and elegant bases, accommodate the myriad facets of life.
