Vagli draws deep inspiration from the Calacatta Vagli Mountains in Tuscany, Italy—a hidden gem in the extension of the Alpine orogeny. For millions of years, shaped by geological compression and mineral infiltration, this region has nurtured the world-famous treasure of marble. Compared with traditional Carrara stone, it is nature’s more favored color palette creation: a translucent white base like glacial meltwater, intertwined with the gradual rhythm of smoky gray and jet gray, resembling the light and shadow flow of Alpine morning mist among valleys.
Casaferra’s designers have deconstructed the natural texture of the Vagli Valley into the soulful language of tiles. The soft white base embodies the solidified memory of the Alpine glaciers over ten thousand years, while the dynamic traces carved by snowmelt water in the rock crevices of the valley form a natural transition from "solid glacial white" to "flowing gray tones"—a gift from nature. Through modern craftsmanship, every inch of the tile replicates the translucent layers of glacial meltwater. When light shines on it, the tile surface produces diffuse reflection similar to that inside a glacier, creating a soft yet profound light and shadow effect. Through the topological translation of nature, the charm of the mountain’s hidden paradise is frozen in space.

Original Intention & Vision：The original design intention of Vagli tiles is to transcend geographical boundaries and bring the million-year natural gifts of the Calacatta Vagli Mountains to people. Designers delved into the inherent rhythm of the glacier’s solid white and flowing gray tones, deconstructing mountain textures and translating geological features through modern craftsmanship—turning every inch of tile into a miniature hidden paradise of nature. We hope this elegant texture, infused with Alpine morning mist and glacial memories, will integrate into daily spaces. It allows people to touch the depth and softness of nature amid the flow of light and shadow, build a spiritual connection with the mountain’s hidden beauty amid reinforced concrete, and endow living spaces with tranquility and elegance that originate from nature yet surpass it.
Space application style： Classic French and modern light luxury styles are suitable for high-end commercial spaces such as clubs, hotels, and fashion boutiques, as well as residential spaces—including application as accent pieces for partial areas in Italian-style spaces.
Application Style Description：Starting with the aesthetics of top-tier Italian stone, the natural and warm base color restores a sense of natural comfort to the space, while the meandering and scattered stone patterns also give the space a more three-dimensional sense of layering, deeply integrating stone with modern aesthetic space.
