Casaferra conducts in-depth research on the artistic application and age-old evolution of Vatican’s stone materials, extracting the inherent textural characteristics of travertine and deeply replicating its natural texture and weathered traces through modern craftsmanship. It innovatively extends the reversed-cut texture of travertine, infusing light and shadow rhythm through the artistic technique of interweaving light and dark tones, outlining spatial layers through the alternation of light and shade. Paired with the delicate granular gravel texture, every inch of the tile surface exudes the royal charm of classical architecture, telling the story of sacredness and glory spanning thousands of years.
